However, as NatureLink products are 100% natural and produced in small batches, you acknowledge that there may be variations in color, aroma, and texture between batches.

While our parent company is registered as Naturelink Organics Private Limited, our brand operates under the name NatureLink.

  1. Organic vs. Natural: You acknowledge that a product is only classified as "Certified Organic" if specifically mentioned on the individual product label and description. We do not claim our products are certified organic unless explicitly stated.

  2. 100% Natural Promise: We guarantee that all NatureLink products are 100% Natural. This means they are produced in small batches, are minimally processed, and contain zero added chemicals, artificial preservatives, or synthetic colors during processing.

  3. Batch Variation: Because our products are natural and free from chemical stabilizers, you may notice slight variations in color, consistency, or aroma between different batches. These variations are a hallmark of authentic, unrefined food and do not constitute a product defect.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
